Curious about how the #onboarding process at Kople unfolds?
The last months we have been working to simplify the process and managed to break it down into these steps:
- Let us know which of our features you’re interested in, and we’ll provide you with a custom pricing plan.
- Send us your current sign up forms and we will set up a similar sign-up in Kople.
- We will send you your login details, and you can start building the user journey (or as we call it flow).
- Schedule a review meeting with our team to finalise all settings and plan data upload if relevant.
We’re committed to making your onboarding experience with Kople as smooth as possible. Switching IT System is challenging and we want to support you all the way. As we continue to grow and learn from every new client, we’re always looking for ways to enhance the onboarding experience.
